This beautiful bracelet is handcrafted with a half-Buddha, half-demon face, which is inspired by the story of Gautama Buddha triumphing over Mara, the Demon of Death and Desire. As Buddha meditated in quest for enlightenment, Mara tempted him with beautiful women and threatened him with an army of monsters. However, Gautama Buddha did not give in all the way and finally realized enlightenment under the bodhi tree.
It also reminds us that we all have a good side and a bad side, but it's our choice whether we act on either one. No one is fully evil or fully good because we're humans.
The major bead is made of 999 silver and sculpted with a half-Buddha, half-demon face in a tribute to Gautama Buddha's defeat over Mara.
