If your product is defective, please notify us within 5 days after you have received your purchased items, otherwise, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We are unable to accept returns on products incorrectly purchased, damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products within 5 days after you have received your purchased items if:
- they are wrong or defective due to our error
We do not issue the refund or reshipment if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or disease).
- we do not receive your return
- your returned item is not in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an notification email. If approved, your refund or reshipment will be processed. For refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For reshipment, we will send out a new item within 3-7 business days.
To return your product, you must first send us an email. Please do not return your product before you have our approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
